Phucdai Nguyen Identified as Victim in Motorcycle Crash in Santa Ana
Santa Ana, CA (June 15, 2020) – On Saturday, 27-year-old Phucdai Nguyen died in a crash on the in the 1200 block of North Euclid Street.
Authorities identified the Mr. Nguyen on Monday.
Reports reveal that the victim, a Westminster resident, collided with a truck at 8:50 p.m on June 13.
Furthermore, officers who arrived at the scene discovered Phucdai Nguyen in the roadway with visible head trauma.
Immediately, paramedics began to treat the motorcyclist, however the efforts did not sustain him.
Nguyen was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after.
The preliminary investigation specified that the 27-year-old traveled south on Euclid when he collided with a truck crossing the lanes of Euclid from a driveway.
Later reports stated the truck driver remained on the scene and cooperated with police.
