Sabrina Gray Killed in US 175 Head-On Collision
Cherokee County, TX (November 14, 2023) – Pete Garner, 59, of Brownsboro, was injured following a US 175 fatal collision Sunday morning.
It was about 5:26 a.m. when the fatal head-on collision happened approximately 1.5 miles east of Cuney.
DPS officers said Sabrina Gray, 41, of Cuney, was driving a northwest Dodge Dart in the wrong lane. Her vehicle collided with a southeast Ford F-150 towing a trailer.
The accident report noted that Gray was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from her vehicle.
Unfortunately, Gray was declared deceased at the scene.
The Ford driver, Garner, was taken to a hospital in Tyler in unknown injuries.
Officers are still investigating.
