Hesperia, CA (November 19, 2020) – On Wednesday, one was injured in a pedestrian accident on Bear Valley Road.
 
The accident happened at about 5:34 p.m. near Third Avenue wherein a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.
 
A helicopter landed on the Hesperia High School football field at the corner of Maple Avenue and Willow Street. Immediately, they airlifted the victim to a trauma center.
 
There is no update on the extent of the injuries.
 
Meanwhile, authorities temporarily closed the eastbound traffic on Bear Valley Road as deputies investigated the incident.
 
Further, police stopped a pickup truck with flashers along the shoulder of the roadway. Though, it wasn’t clear if the vehicle involved in the crash.
