Bakersfield, CA (October 16, 2020) – On Thursday, a person was injured in a hit-and-run crash on 23rd Street and Chester Avenue.
The incident took place at around 10:11 a.m. wherein a vehicle struck a motorcycle.
The rescuers rushed the victim to the hospital with moderate injuries, while the vehicle driver immediately fled the scene.
