1 Hurt in Leona Valley Fiery Crash on Bouquet Canyon Road
LEONA VALLEY, CA (October 17, 2019) — A fiery crash on Bouquet Canyon Road left one person injured Wednesday morning.
Fire officials said the incident occurred at about 6:30 a.m. near Elizabeth Lake Road. It involved two vehicles.
Firefighters with the Los Angeles County Fire Department were the first ones to respond to the crash. They found one of the vehicles on fire when they arrived at the scene. However, the fire did not spread to the brush.
The fire officials requested the dispatch of two ambulances and advanced life support. They said though there were two patients, only one of them was taken to a hospital in Antelope Valley.
It was not immediately clear what caused the fiery crash. The investigation is ongoing.
