Person Dies in Motorcycle Crash on Highway 290 [Travis County, TX]

Travis County, TX (July 3, 2024) – A person was killed following a motorcycle crash on Highway 290 late Tuesday afternoon.

ATCEMS responded at 5:45 p.m. to the vehicle-collision collision on Signal Hill Drive intersection near the Travis and Hays County line.

Sadly, a person was declared deceased at the scene.

In the meantime, officers closed all east and westbound lanes of the freeway.

Troopers are investigating.
