People Killed in S 272nd Street Fiery Crash [Kent, WA]

Kent Solo-Vehicle Crash Results in Fatality

Kent, WA (May 13, 2024) – Two people lost their lives following a S 272nd Street fiery crash Saturday night.

It was about 7:40 when the fatal crash happened near S Star Lake Road.

Officers received reports of a speeding vehicle that crashed into a tree and was on fire. Some of the witnesses attempted to remove the occupants from the vehicle but were unsuccessful.

Responding officers found the white sedan engulfed in fire and declared the two occupants deceased at the scene.

The Kent Police Traffic Unit is investigating the cause of the collision.
