San Francisco, CA (April 11, 2021) – On Wednesday, an 82-year-old woman was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident on Golden Gate Avenue.
 
The accident happened at about 3:50 p.m. at the intersection of Fillmore Street.
 
When officers arrived, they found the woman laying on the roadway. They immediately took her to a local hospital.
