Apparently, a video from a nearby home shows a male pedestrian on eastbound Olive Avenue.  Suddenly, a grey or silver four-door Kia almost hit the man.

Then, the Kia driver circled back to the man and they got into an argument. Later on, the driver sped toward the pedestrian.

The pedestrian sustained head injuries and was transported to the hospital. Officers say they expect him to recover.
