Seattle, WA (August 22, 2024) – A pedestrian was seriously injured following an Aurora Avenue accident Saturday afternoon.

It was about 4:04 p.m.on August 17 when the collision happened in the area of 85th Street.

Officers determined two people were walking south and another was walking south. Suddenly, the people walking south run toward the street.

One person was hit by a northbound vehicle.

Immediately, the victim was taken to HMC in serious condition.

The car driver remained at the scene but the occupant stays in the vehicle for safety.
