1 Dead in San Diego Train Accident on Taylor Street
SAN DIEGO, CA (October 4, 2020) – Saturday morning, a pedestrian died in a train crash on Taylor Street at the Old Town Transit Station.
The incident involving a BNSF freight train occurred at 9:25 p.m. According to the officers, the crash happened in the 4000 block of Taylor Street near Congress Stree.
Deputy Brian Abraham of the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department said that they located the victim dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the identity and the personal information of the deceased remains unreleased. Also, the events that have led up to the crash remain undisclosed.
