Pedestrian Killed in NE Fourth Plain Boulevard Accident [Vancouver, WA]

Vancouver, WA (November 24, 2024) – A man was killed following a NE Fourth Plain Boulevard accident Thursday evening.

Vancouver Police responded at 6:30 p.m., to the accident at the intersection with Northeast 117th Avenue.

VPD said the man was crossing in the crosswalk with no light when a driver pulled up to the intersection and struck him. 

The man was rushed to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

The driver remained at the crash scene and was not impaired.
