Woman Dies in Pedestrian Hit-and-Run Crash in San Diego
SAN DIEGO, CA (November 19, 2018) — A 52-year-old female pedestrian was struck and killed Sunday morning by a hit-and-run driver in Point Loma, San Diego.
According to the San Diego police, the woman was standing in the southbound lane of 1700 Rosecrans Street when she was hit by a vehicle that was headed south.
Officers arrived at the scene at about 12:17 a.m. and found the woman lying in the road. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The hit-and-run driver is now being sought after by the police. Anyone who witnessed the fatal collision is urged to contact the San Diego County Crime Stoppers at (888) 580-8477.
