Police Search the Hit-And-Run Driver after Fatal Crash on Pico Boulevard and Vermont Avenue

Pico-Union, CA (May 6, 2022) – Thursday night, a pedestrian died in a hit-and-run crash on Pico Boulevard and Vermont Avenue.

The fatal hit-and-run crash in Pico-Union happened just after 10 p.m. on May 5.

Police said the driver of what was described as a white compact car hit the pedestrian and fled the scene.

Moreover, a Metro bus may have also possibly hit the pedestrian after the initial crash.

The bus driver reportedly contacted LAPD and stayed at the scene.

No other information is immediately available.
