San Diego, CA (December 21, 2024) – A male pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Interstate 805 Tuesday night.

The fatal vehicle crash happened around 9:03 p.m. at the Kearny Villa Road off-ramp.

CHP said the involved driver fled the accident scene and has not been located yet.

Officers withheld the identity of the deceased pending notification of kin.
