Dealing With Fatal Pedestrian Accidents

Americans, as well as others around the world, have taken it upon themselves to walk outside daily. Taking walks is usually the only time in which people are spending outside. The increase in foot traffic on local sidewalks, intersections, and roads seems harmless enough.

However, this timeless habit can have devastating consequences. Taking walks is becoming increasingly dangerous, leading to a surge in pedestrian accidents annually.

Let Us Tell You More About Wrongful Death Claim

To those who lost a loved one in a collision like the Highway 880 accident contact Sweet Lawyers. Having legal representation can help you attain compensation on medical bills, loss of earnings, future medicals, loss of consortium, pain and suffering, and more.

“I think the misconception is that when a loved one passes away, the insurance company and the defendant will automatically admit liability and offer all of the funds available.”

“Insurance companies will try to save money, even if it means not fully compensating a family for the wrongful death of a loved one. When a family retains an attorney immediately, it gives the family time to grieve their loss, and their attorney can start focusing on holding the negligent party accountable,” says Tyler Toomey, a tenured Sweet Lawyers attorney.
