1 Dead in Ontario Pedestrian Accident on State Route 60 and Archibald Avenue
ONTARIO, CA (March 14, 2022) – Sunday, a pedestrian died in a crash on State Route 60 and Archibald Avenue in Ontario.
According to reports, an oncoming vehicle struck and killed a pedestrian. Moreover, it happened on State Route 60 and Archibald Avenue.
As a result, the California Highway Patrol officials issued a Sigalert for upwards of three hours.
However, when the officers arrived, they found no vehicles at the scene. Meanwhile, they located the body in the roadway on Eastbound SR-60 just West of Archibald Avenue.
Furthermore, they left one lane open for traffic during the investigation.
At this time, the events that have led up to the crash remain unclear. Due to limited information available, the crash remains under active investigation.
