1 Dead in Adelanto Pedestrian Accident on Highway 395 near Colusa Road
ADELANTO, CA (January 31, 2022) – Saturday night, a pedestrian died in a crash on Highway 395 near Colusa Road.
The incident involving a tractor-trailer occurred at around 9:09 p.m. Moreover, it occurred in the southbound lanes on Highway 395 near Colusa Road.
Reports confirmed that the semi pulled to the right shoulder after striking the pedestrian.
The semi-driver suffered no injuries in the crash and reportedly stayed at the scene. Also, the incident shut down southbound US Highway 395 for several hours during the investigation.
The California Highway Patrol Victorville Station handles the investigation. Also, the identity of the deceased remains undisclosed due to pending family notification.
