Fatal Victorville Pedestrian Crash on Palmdale Road and Cahuenga Road
VICTORVILLE, CA (December 30, 2020) – Thursday night, a pedestrian died in an accident on Palmdale Road and Cahuenga Road.
The incident occurred at around 11:35 p.m. on Palmdale Road and Cahuenga Road.
According to sheriff’s officials, the pedestrian ran north across Palmdale Road. Then, a black Dodge Challenger heading west hit the pedestrian.
“The pedestrian was wearing all dark clothing and crossed Palmdale Road in front of the Dodge causing the collision to occur,” stated the release.
Reports confirmed that the medical personnel initiated life-saving measures. Then, they took the pedestrian to a local hospital. However, upon arrival, the pedestrian was declared dead at the hospital.
Meanwhile, the authorities shut down Palmdale Road between Borego Road and Del Gado road for multiple hours during the investigation.
