Pacoima, CA (December 6, 2024) – A pedestrian was fatally injured following an accident on 118 Freeway Wednesday night.

The fatal collision happened around 7:50 p.m. on westbound lanes of the freeway near the Glenoaks Boulevard ramp.

Troopers are still investigating the cause of the collision.
