Police Investigate a Fatal Auto-Pedestrian Crash on 52nd Street and Broadway in Tempe 

Tempe, AZ (November 4, 2021) – Wednesday night, a pedestrian died in a crash near 52nd Street and Broadway.

The fatal crash in Tempe happened on November 3. 

Tempe Police said the pedestrian, who was not identified, had crossed the street against a no cross sign when they were hit by a vehicle heading east down Broadway Road.

Meanwhile, the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. 

Investigators said impairment was not a factor in the crash.
