Longview Hit-and-Run Crash Kills Pedestrian
Longview, WA (July 02, 2021) – On Wednesday, a pedestrian died in 14th Avenue hit-and-run crash.
Officers responded to the accident scene just before 3 p.m. at the 800 block area.
The authorities pronounced the unidentified pedestrian dead at the scene. However, the suspect immediately fled the scene after the incident.
Meanwhile, at about 7:30 p.m., officers said the unidentified suspect driver was in custody.
Officers are still investigating the incident. They said more information will be released on Thursday.
