San Antonio, TX (October 14, 2023) – A male pedestrian was injured following an Interstate 35 hit-and-run crash Friday morning.

Investigators stated that the man walking on the northbound ramp north of the Eisenhauer exit when a vehicle struck him at around 5 a.m.

Immediately, the rescuers took the victim to a hospital with critical injuries.
