MODESTO, CA (October 5, 2019) – A pedestrian suffered injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Olivero Road, Saturday evening.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at about 10:20 PM. Due to unknown reasons, a pedestrian was in the roadway. There, a vehicle struck the victim near Jim Way.
 
Emergency responders rushed the victim to a hospital with major injuries. Updates on the victim’s current condition remain undisclosed. Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle did not stop to render aid and fled the area.
 
Investigators described the suspect vehicle as a 2003 to 2005 white Chevrolet Tahoe or GMC Yukon. In addition, they described the driver as a woman in her 30s with dark hair. Anyone with additional information can call the California Highway Patrol in Modesto at (209) 545-7440.
