San Diego Hit-and-Run at Ocean View Boulevard Sends Pedestrian to Hospital
SAN DIEGO, CA (October 14, 2019) — A pedestrian suffered injuries in a hit-and-run on Ocean View Boulevard and South Bancroft Street Friday morning.
The San Diego police said a vehicle struck the pedestrian at about 5:45 a.m. Emergency personnel took the patient to a hospital with serious injuries.
On the other hand, the driver fled after the collision. The suspect vehicle described as a dark SUV headed south on South Bancroft Street.
The crash forced the closure of Ocean View Boulevard between 32nd and 33rd streets. Both directions of South Bancroft Street at Ocean View Boulevard was also shut down during the investigation.
