Police Seek the Hit-And-Run Driver after Crash on Highway 138 in Phelan
Phelan, CA (September 23, 2022) – Thursday evening, a pedestrian sustained injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Highway 138.
The crash in Phelan happened at around 7:45 p.m. on September 22.
CHP said was walking on the on-ramp to southbound I-15. Seconds later, the pedestrian was hit by a red Ford Escape that did stop at the scene.
EMS took the pedestrian to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton with serious injuries.
No other information is immediately available.
The incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Inland San Bernardino Office.
