Male Pedestrian Hospitalized after Crash on Whipple Road in Union City

Union City, CA (May 19, 2022) – Thursday afternoon, a male pedestrian sustained major injuries in a crash on Whipple Road and Medallion Drive.

The auto-pedestrian in Union City happened around 4:07 p.m. on May 19.

Union City police said they found an adult male suffering from major injuries after a collision with a vehicle.

EMS then took him to the hospital in unknown condition.

Meanwhile, the vehicle’s driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the officials.

Moreover, police said the driver did not appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
