1 Hurt in Anaheim Hit-and-Run Accident on Lincoln Avenue near State College Boulevard

 
ANAHEIM, CA (July 14, 2022) – Monday night, a pedestrian sustained injuries in a crash on Lincoln Avenue near State College Boulevard.
 
According to Sgt. Shane Carringer of the Anaheim Police Department, the incident happened at around 9:10 pm. Moreover, it occurred on Lincoln Avenue, west of State College Boulevard.
 
Reports revealed that a sports-utility vehicle struck a pedestrian. The crash happened as the pedestrian run southbound across the road outside a marked crosswalk. Moments later, two more vehicles struck the victim and then fled the scene.
 
Moreover, officers confirmed that the victim was in his 40s.
 
Furthermore, authorities said that the female SUV driver remained at the scene to cooperate with the investigation.
 
Meanwhile, officials asked anyone with information about the crash to call them at 714-765-1900.
