The officers found a 42-year-old woman with life-threatening injuries at 9:53 p.m. They found her down in the road on West 16th Street and Street.
 
According to reports, a vehicle struck her. Meanwhile, the police said that as the woman crossed West 16th Street, a vehicle hit her. They also noted that she failed to use a crosswalk during the crash.
