One Hospitalized in Oak Grove Avenue Caltrain Crash
Menlo Park, CA (June 12, 2020)– On Friday, a pedestrian sustained injuries in a Caltrain crash in Oak Grove Avenue Crossing.
The accident happened at around 11:57 a.m. on June 12. Dispatched officers arrived and found the injured pedestrian on the scene.
Reportedly, the victim was on the tracks when struck by the southbound train. However, what leads to this incident remains unspecified.
Paramedics rushed the victim to a hospital, but the current condition of the person has not yet updated.
Meanwhile, the 15 passengers on the train remained uninjured. They were escorted from the train, and both the north- and southbound tracks were reopened by 1 p.m.
