FRESNO, CA (November 3, 2022) – Wednesday morning, a pedestrian sustained injuries in a traffic accident on State Route 99 and State Route 180.
 
The incident happened on State Route 99 connector ramp to eastbound State Route 180.
 
According to authorities, a dodge truck struck a male pedestrian who was carrying a gas container and returning to his vehicle. Also, the pedestrian had run out of gas and was pulled over on the roadway when the collision occurred.
 
Moreover, responders transported the pedestrian to a hospital with major injuries.
 
Furthermore, the vehicle driver involved in the crash remained at the scene and waited for the responders.
