Pedestrian Injured in Accident on 35th Street [Tacoma, WA]

Officers Arrest Suspect in 35th Street Hit-and-Run Crash

Tacoma, WA (February 10, 2022) – On Saturday, a pedestrian sustained injuries in an accident on 35th Street.

Apparently, the victim was struck by a vehicle that was running from an initial incident, wherein the driver was involved in a parking lot shooting.

Officers said the suspect will be charged later this week with attempted first degree murder for the shooting and first degree assault.

There are no further details on the condition of the injured pedestrian.

Furthermore, it is best to avoid assumptions. Do not think that just because you follow the traffic rules and drive safely, others will do the same. Watch for erratic behavior or poor driving habits by drivers around you and always be ready to avoid an incident.
