Pedestrian Hospitalized in Main Street Hit-and-Run Crash [Los Angeles, CA]

Los Angeles, CA (March 19, 2022) On Monday, a man was struck by 2 different vehicles in a hit-and-run crash on Main Street.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) says that the incident happened around 8:40 p.m. between Olympic Boulevard and 11th Street.

Reports say that a pedestrian was crossing Main Street when an unknown vehicle struck him to the ground.

Police said, “The pedestrian began to crawl towards the east sidewalk of Main Street when a dark-colored, four-door passenger vehicle ran over the pedestrian and dragged him approximately 15 feet before being dislodged.”

Both drivers did not stop at the scene.

Rescuers took the pedestrian to the hospital in stable condition.
