Fatal Pedestrian Collision Reported near Pines Airpark Road
WINCHESTER, CA (July 26, 2018) – A pedestrian was killed Thursday morning following a collision with a vehicle on Scott Road.
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the incident took place at 9:41 AM in the area of Scott Road and Pines Airpark Road. Events that led to the crash were not immediately disclosed.
The identity and city of residence of the victim were not disclosed. Reports did not specify whether the driver involved remained at the scene.
The California Highway Patrol is handling the investigation to determine the cause of the deadly collision. No additional information has been released to the public at this time.
