DUI Driver Arrested After Fatal Hit-And-Run in La Habra

 
LA HABRA, CA (December 15, 2019) – A pedestrian died in a hit-and-run accident on Harbor Boulevard on early Sunday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at approximately 2:00 AM.
 
A hit-and-run driver struck a victim and fled the scene. After that, reports from the La Habra Police Department indicate officials located the deceased woman in the roadway.
 
Police arrested the DUI driver after finding evidence that led officers to the suspect’s vehicle. After an investigation, police arrested the driver of the vehicle on felony DUI and hit and run charges.
 
Officials did not release any additional information regarding the fatal accident at this time. However, police are investigating the crash.
