33-Year Old Rialto Woman Killed in Crash on Base Line and Rogers Lane, Suspect at Large
Highland, CA (September 12, 2020) – A deadly hit-and-run crash occurred on Base Line and Rogers Lane on Monday night.
The fatal crash took place on September 7 on Base Line and Rogers Lane.
According to a press release from the sheriff’s department, they received a report of a collision on Base Line and Rogers Lane.
Deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Highland Station responded to the scene around 11:03 p.m.
A report said that a vehicle fatally struck a pedestrian in the roadway and immediately fled the scene eastbound on Base Line.
Meanwhile, authorities identified the victim as a 33-year-old female from Rialto. Medical personnel transported her to St. Bernardine’s Medical Center however, she reportedly succumbed to her injuries.
Furthermore, authorities described the suspect’s vehicle as a yellow hatchback or SUV.
