Brentwood, CA (October 18, 2024) – A pedestrian was killed in a Highway 4 accident early Thursday morning.

It was about 5:50 a.m. when the fatal crash happened near Walnut Boulevard.

Troopers said someone ran in front of a vehicle and was hit.

Meanwhile, investigators closed the highway between Vasco Road and Walnut Boulevard while they investigated.
