Pedestrian Dies in Accident on Interstate 15 [Baker, CA]

Person Killed in Baker Boulevard Pedestrian Crash

Baker, CA (July 31, 2022) – Earlier today, a pedestrian sustained fatal injuries in an accident on Interstate 15.

It was about 4:23 a.m. when the fatal incident took place on the southbound freeway, at the Baker Boulevard onramp.

Responding officers found the victim unresponsive on the roadway. Immediately, rescuers provided CPR but failed, they pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene.

According to the investigators, a gray Chrysler Town & Country minivan and another vehicle struck the victim.

The driver in the minivan remained at the crash scene and cooperated with the investigation. Similarly, the other driver stopped at the next offramp.
