CHULA VISTA, CA (January 18. 2021) – Sunday evening, a pedestrian died in a hit-and-run crash on East H Street near Del Rey Boulevard.
 
According to authorities, another driver found the pedestrian’s body in the No. 2 lane of eastbound East H Street near Del Rey Boulevard at around 6:30 p.m.
 
Meanwhile, responders pronounced the man believed to be in his 80s dead at the scene.
 
Moreover, it is still unclear how many vehicles struck the victim, Lt. Jason Deaner said.
