RIVERSIDE, CA (December 27, 2022) – Monday night, a pedestrian died in a vehicle crash on Tyler Avenue near Hole Avenue.
 
The incident happened at around 11:00 p.m. on Tyler Avenue, just south of Hole avenue.
 
According to Riverside police Sgt. James Elliot, a southbound 2001 Lincoln sedan struck a 25-year-old male pedestrian for still unknown reasons.
 
Moreover, responding paramedics rushed the victim to Riverside Community Hospital where he later succumbed to injuries.
 
Furthermore, the vehicle driver remained at the scene to cooperate with the authorities.
 
Meanwhile, the fatal incident remained under investigation.
