SAN DIEGO, CA (October 19, 2022) – Early Tuesday morning, a pedestrian died in a hit-and-run crash on State Route 94 near Federal Boulevard.
 
The incident happened at around 12:50 a.m. on State Route 94 near Federal Boulevard.
 
Reports revealed that an eastbound vehicle struck a male pedestrian who was walking in the traffic lane. Then, the vehicle fled the scene without stopping.
 
Moreover, responders confirmed that the victim succumbed to his injuries and was later pronounced dead.
