LOS ANGELES, CA (February 8, 2022) – Sunday morning, a pedestrian died in a hit-and-run crash on Normandie Avenue and 212th Street.
 
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident happened at around 7:00 a.m. Moreover, it occurred on Normandie Avenue and 212th Street.
 
Reports revealed that a vehicle struck a male pedestrian then fled the scene.
 
Moreover, a passerby saw the incident and performed CPR on the victim until paramedics arrived at the scene. However, responders pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene.
 
Furthermore, Los Angeles City Council offers a reward of up to $50,000 for information that will help authorities solve the incident.
 
Meanwhile, officials asked anyone with information about the crash to call LAPD South Traffic Division detectives at 323-421-2500.
