MALIBU, CA (January 15, 2020) – A pedestrian sustained critical injuries in an accident on Pacific Coast Highway on January 13.
 
The accident happened around 5:40 p.m., in the 22400 block of Pacific Coast Highway near Carbon Beach Terrace. Dispatchers arrived to the area shortly after.
 
Emergency responders flew the male victim to UCLA’s trauma center where he listed in critical but stable condition. However, his identity has not yet been given.
 
Meanwhile, the involved driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
