At 6:46 pm, the Richardson Fire/EMS and DPS Troopers responded to a pedestrian hit by a vehicle in the eastbound lanes of the President George Bush Turnpike near Shiloh Road.

According to investigators, a 28-year-old man ran across the highway. Then, a vehicle hit him. Meanwhile, the vehicle driver suffered no serious injuries.

Moreover, officers revealed that the victim was a resident of Crandall.
