Disastrous Pedestrian Crash on Interstate 35 46-Year-Old Man [Bexar County, TX]

Bexar County, TX (August 18, 2023) On Wednesday evening, a 46-year-old man died after a pedestrian crash on Interstate 35.

According to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, the fatal auto-pedestrian accident happened at about 9:30 p.m. on the Interstate 35 southbound access road, between Shepherd Road and Luckey Road.

Reports say that a vehicle struck a 46-year-old pedestrian then fled the scene after the collision.

Medics transported the injured patient to Brooke Army Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Authorities are searching for the suspect driver and vehicle who remains at large.
