Selah, WA (February 29, 2024) On Tuesday afternoon, a 14-year-old boy was hurt and hospitalized after a pedestrian crash on Goodlander Road.

According to the Selah Police Department, the auto-pedestrian accident happened at about 5:15 p.m. at the intersection of Goodlander and North 1st Street.

Reports say that a vehicle turning left onto 1st Street struck a 14-year-old boy in a crosswalk.

Officials say that the teen was transported to the hospital before first responders arrived at the scene. Medoteics say that the boy was already checked out and was able to go home a bit later.
