Spokane, WA (August 18, 2024) On Friday evening, a man and his dog died after a tragic pedestrian crash on Division Street.

According to Spokane Police, the deadly crash happened around 11:30 p.m. on North Division Street and Lincoln Road.

Reports say that a southbound pickup struck a man and his dog after another vehicle swerve into their lane of traffic.

Medics attempted to resuscitate the fallen man but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities are investigating the fatal accident and have not released additional details at this time.
