Brutal Hit-and-Run Crash on Fourth Plain Boulevard Suspect Wanted
Vancouver, WA (January 30, 2024) On Sunday evening, a 67-year-old man died after getting run over by a vehicle in a pedestrian crash on 4th Plain Boulevard.
According to Vancouver police, the fatal hit-and-run crash happened at about 6:50 p.m. near the intersection with 137th Street.
Reports say that the pedestrian was crossing the street when a vehicle struck him, tragically, a car pulled out of the line of traffic and ran the fallen man over.
Officials say that the 2nd vehicle fled the scene without stopping, and the suspect driver and vehicle are still at large.
Meanwhile, the driver of the 1st vehicle stopped and stayed at the scene.
Officials pronounced the 67-year-old victim dead at the scene.
Authorities are investigating the fatal hit-and-run crash.
