Injuries Reported in Malibu Pedestrian Accident on 30100 Pacific Coast Highway

MALIBU, CA (September 25, 2024) – Tuesday morning, a crippling pedestrian crash on 30100 Pacific Coast Highway injured 1 person.

The incident occurred at around 5:00 a.m. in the 30100 block of Pacific Coast Highway said the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

“Preliminary information indicates a vehicle struck a pedestrian in eastbound lanes of Pacific Coast Highway,” the sheriff’s department revealed.

The male pedestrian was transported to a hospital, though his condition remains unknown, according to the sheriff’s department. 

No details regarding the hit-and-run vehicle have been released at this time. Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact traffic investigators at the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station at 818-878-1808.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
