Harlingen, TX (April 06, 2024) On Friday morning, a young girl was hurt and hospitalized after a pedestrian crash near 13th Street.
According to the Harlingen Police Department (HPD), the auto-pedestrian crash happened at about 7:30 a.m. near Vernon Middle School.
Reports say that a vehicle hit a middle school student walking to campus.
Officials say that the girl sustained injuries and was taken to the hospital for further examination.
